Lady Lightning Lacrosse is a travel girls' lacrosse program based in Niagara Falls, New York.  We are a part of the Niagara Police Athletic League lacrosse program, which consists of a Varsity level program, a Junior Varsity level program and a youth program.

 

PLAYERS

The Varsity and JV level programs are available to girls in grades 6-12. Skill and experience level as well as age will determine Varsity or JV level.  

 

EQUIPMENT

Players need the following in order to play or practice:

--Lacrosse stick

--Eye mask/goggles

--Mouthguard
